Tonight was the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics being hosted in Salt Lake City, Utah. I’ve always liked the Olympics. I’m not the biggest sports fan but anything that can stir the patriotic spirit of countries around the world is good. This year Canada has a very strong team and we hope to be ranked third in the medal holdings at the end of the Games. The schedule for the games can be found on this site. I expect everyone who wonder what curling was like to watch it next week(especially Wari). 🙂

well, they show it over here, and..ahem…italy won the first gold medal….. :)))))
Congrats on the Italian gold medal. I see that they have atleast 2 now. What were they for? Was one for speed skating?
