Since I no longer want the previous pseudo-profanity ladened post to be the first thing people see when they come here I thought I might as well post about the biggest news event that occured over the weekend. They finally captured Saddam Hussein. This capture should be a major morale booster for the troops currently in Iraq (which even though I didn’t support the war I still support the people who are doing their job over there). Though the back-lash by Saddam loyalists has already begun.
Now I’m just waiting for the conspiracy nuts to come creeping out of the woodwork. I realize that this could be a morale ploy on the part of the Americans (since I never know what to believe on their news stations) but I’m not that crazy. 🙂
