So I thought I would try to troubleshoot an issue we’ve had with our computer by reapplying thermal grease to the CPU. I ended up bending and ultimately breaking a CPU pin. I had to order a new one from EBay and will be taking the computer to a computer store to install it.
I’ve decided that I am never attempting to troubleshoot anything ever again since I just end up breaking stuff and having to spend money to fix it. I’m such a screwup.

Those pins are super tiny and just itching to be bent and broken. Bent quite a few myself.
