Friday Five – Feb. 7th, 2003

Another Friday Five. I promise that I will add some real content after this one. I never did talk about curling last weekend.
1. What did you have for breakfast this morning? If you didn’t have breakfast, why not?
I had a banana this morning. I usually don’t eat breakfast since I rarely have the time. If I do have something it is usually a piece of fruit that I can jam down my gullet (bonus points for the use of the word “gullet”) in a couple of seconds and then be out the door.
2. What’s your favorite cereal?
One of the sugar cereals. Either Lucky Charms or Count Chocula. We always had sugar cereals when I was younger and I have the cavities to prove it 🙂
3. How often do you eat out? Do you want that to change?
One or twice a week. A small group of graduate students always go out for lunch on Friday plus there is always a chance that I’ll either go out and get something for dinner one night a week or someone will be in town and we will go out. I’m not counting when I buy lunch and eat it in the office since I just tend to go to the Coffee and Donuts shop at the university (where they have more than coffee and donuts).
4. What do you plan on having for dinner tonight? Got a recipe for that?
I am going to my parents place tonight so probably whatever they are eating. I tend to eat little for dinner on Friday since lunch is usually quite enough to last me for two meals.
5. What’s your favorite restaurant? Why?
Fast food restaurant I would have to say either Taco Bell (Toxic Hell as I like to call it) or Burger King. Real restaurants I don’t think I have a favorite. I like trying different ones whenever I can. There are a couple asian restaurants (vietnamese, thai etc) that I like but not really one in particular.

What exactly’s curling, Troy? I don’t get it.
And bananas… well, u have to be in the “right mood” for them. =P Sometimes they taste icky to me; sometimes I crave ’em. Depends on the body’s sugar level I guess???
