Friday Five
1. Where were you born?
Cambridge, Ontario, Canada at Cambridge General Hospital.
2. If you still live there, where would you rather move to? If you don’t live there, do you want to move back? Why or why not?
I lived in Cambridge until I was 7. We then moved to a village with a population of maybe 50 to 100. It was a rather large change but I think I turned out better because of it. I love living in the country. Right now I’m living in a city close to Cambridge and I don’t mind it. I don’t think I would move back right now, since there is nothing for me there, but you never know what the future holds.
3. Where in the world do you feel the safest?
I don’t know. I don’t know if I feel 100% safe anywhere. That’s just me. I have an overactive imagination that makes me think I’m in danger. No it’s not paranoia!!! It’s just healthy.
4. Do you feel you are well-traveled?
I know I’ve travelled more than the average person. I’ve been to almost every province in Canada. Been to most of the eastern seaboard states. Been to a fair number of European countries. I want to travel more and hope that I get to go to England to work.
5. Where is the most interesting place you’ve been?
If by interesting you mean creepy I would have to say the Catacombs in Paris, France. The section that we walked through was a mile or so and for about 15 minutes we walked with bones and skulls piled 7 feet high on both sides of us. It was weird. Eventually I was desensitized to the bones and started playing with them. I know I shouldn’t have but that’s what I do. Play.
If by interesting you mean fun I would say Disney Land. They don’t call it the Greatest Place on Earth for nothing. I was 15 or 16 at the time we went to DisneyLand in Florida but I know I would have a good time if I went now.
